Recording issues

Notice for Android 9–12 Users:

Due to Google’s updated call recording policies, some users may experience issues on Android versions 9 through 12.

To help resolve this, we’ve introduced a new “Recording Test” feature that can fix the problem on most devices.

To use it:

  1. Open the app menu.

  2. Go to SettingsRecorder.

  3. Follow the on-screen instructions under “Recording Test.”

If the issue persists after completing the test, you’ll be given the option to contact our support team for further assistance.
